Once a window is on the screen, it can be moved around easily. (Create a new window to practice with.) You can resize it with the Resize Window command in the WINDOWS menu. This command requests two opposite corners of the window just as the New Window command does, but you can actually specify either of the two opposite pairs of corners (not just the upper left and lower right corners).
